I think the judge will rule that the player is eligible.
No shite
Are you under the impression these judges are just passionate about these issues and nobody is working behind the scenes?

He’s a corrupt socialist. The hearing is a sham
He is a drmocrat leaning judge, but lets be honest this has nothing to do with that. The judge in Dallas and MS were right leaning.

Long term…here’s how it plays out.
Greed will (has) kill(ed) college football as we know (knew) it. The goose that has been laying golden eggs will die and college football will split into NFL g leagues with little to no meaning at the so called top level. NFL teams will literally buy college programs via the private equity door that’s already been opened.
The lower division colleges will form a new governing body and we will basically start over with the likes of Morehouse State and North Dakota State being all that’s left.

Why did I have a feeling this was about LSU before I even opened the thread

Gong on record
NO SCHOOL or COACH will be disciplined at any point because of this.

From you this is great. Because we know when it doesn't go the way you want, you wont admit you were wrong, you'll just pivot.
Like a bitch

LSU will be flogged in the public square for being equally idiots and cheaters.

It's actually sick to think about.
I come on the sec rant every once in awhile and I always see this dude talking about lsu.
I wonder what he looks like.

Not likely. We play LSU. Should be a guaranteed win
Not anymore. We have a real coach now. This is why yall are all so scared.

I don't know, but if I had to pick, I think they side with the SEC.

The judge who granted the TRO in BR who supports the players is the same one hearing the injunction. I’d say 97% chance the players win.

I'm pulling for CHAOS down on the Bayou. Not for a day, or a week, but for every freakin' month of the season. I hope every media outlet's first and last question is about Kiffin thumbing his nose at college football. So let it be written, so let it be done.

What a sad life you must lead.

College sports deserve no better.
The answer, if there is one: It will take pain and even more chaos to get to an antitrust exemption. Of that, I'm positive. Rogue judges will say it louder than anything Nick Saban can articulate to reasonable minds. We don't need failure; we need absolute failure.

I wouldn’t blame Kirby for quitting coaching or any coach in the matter. If this doesn’t get fixed Thursday I’ll simply watch when I can at times simply for nostalgia purposes or huge games. RIP college football

These cases involve nearly 50 athletes across various sports and states, this isn't getting "fixed" either way on Thursday, so I wouldn't hold my breath on that.
It will take months for this to eventually play out.
