Hispanic patients hear about these "five star facilities." As such care is on someone else's dime, they want to partake. They are followed by the county, are uninsured, and followed at the county hospital, yet show up to the Four Seasons facilities in labor, and can not be transferred.

Oh look an OM fan reminiscing about a time before segregation was illegal..shocker
Something is wrong with that statement. But, I'll let you figure it out.
So Vaught coached many years after segregation was made illegal. Ole Miss was integrated in 1962 by James Meredith, but he didn't play football. I think their first black football players came about 1970, a couple of years before Vaught retired. MSU's first was about the same time. I know one was Robert Bell from Meridian and I think Frank Dowsing. Robert was a big ole lineman and I'm thinking Dowsing was a cornerback or safety. Someone help me out if that is wrong.
ETA - cheated and looked it up. Gentle Ben Williams was the first black at Ole Miss. If I'm not mistaken, he had a long professional career with the Buffalo Bills.

quote:Of course not. But if their main goal is to eliminate the Senate then they most certainly do. I don't think we are at the level of DSA in the House and Senate to even get it to the 2/3s of the states' legislatures to pass an amendment. You know something we don't on constitutional amendments?
They don’t need an Amendment to bring change.

quote:We were a large DSH hospital as in a lot of non payers. Our DSH payments were so large at times we would get interim payments because I believe they came quarterly. But, I guess my DSH description was aimed at the guy "who pays for this"? And the answer is he, you, and I, or anyone that actually pays taxes. It's gotten way worse since the illegals invaded. I can't imagine how hospitals survive anymore. Many of our small rural (Mississippi) hospitals took advantage of that program that essentially turns the hospital into an emergency room, stabilize patient and transfer. I forget the name of the program.
Indeed, and systems exact it ... as I guess they should from a fiduciary stance. But in the process it changes their productivity emphasis to a CMS gaming prospective

Apparently, they haven't spent much time reading the constitution nor looked at the Red map of 2024 election. It's not easy to get constitutional amendments passed for a reason. They might need to different tree to bark up.

also hospitals are not even getting paid for a lot of their patients, that’s the scam. large segment of the population use the hospitals for free and just throw bills in the trash. who pays for all of that?

I can remember a time when one of the back for LSU intercepted a pass on the sidelines and PP7 was running backwards waiving the guy on and Patrick still outran him. To stir things up - was it an interception or an incomplete pass? Seems I remember there being an ongoing debate about it. Don't remember who they were playing.
