I think the judge will rule that the player is eligible. He is a Baton Rouge judge who is up for reelection in November. This ruling will become his number one campaign brag.

Do you know what the hearing is even about? Do you know what a show cause is?

The SEC attempted to bypass an injunction issued to the NCAA. The SEC is part of the NCAA therefore subject to the injunction.

Judges don’t look favorably upon this. The correct course would have been to appeal the original injunction not put a saddle on a pig and try to pass it off as a horse.

Hopefully the judge holds the SEC in contempt of the original ruling.

The Baton Rouge eligibility hearing is Thursday. How do you think it will play out? Not a discussion of the issue, just a prediction on how the game turns out.

Lane has said he’ll follow whatever decision that is laid out

I say direct your ire and any Molotov Cocktails close to hand at the corrupt, incompetent buffoons that truly deserve it: the NCAA.
