The police need to crack skulls. Enforce the rules that they made starting with fAggie last season. Any hint of marijuana, underwear showing, blaring music with curse words, etc. Check for warrants when detained. southeastt on nicholson is not a bad area, nor is going up burbank with all the student apartments, etc. nor is going north up gourrier. even outside the north gates on nicholson they have built nice condos etc and improved it greatly. places by the lake are very nice. going south on highland is a nice area.

The bad area you are using to generalize the whole area is outside the north gates on highland. all those streets with presidents names. and i will guess tigerland which is off nicholson.

setup checkpoints at north gates nicholson and highland. no one allowed on campus unless you have a game ticket OR are a student.
