This Is About LSU Weaponizing The Louisiana Justice System to Fight the SEC

So LSU friends, I would like to clear something up. This was brought to my attention last night.
This is not about players or eligibility. This is about much more.
Many voting members feel like Landry has been calling the shots at LSU since at least last fall. Kiffin, Ausberry, Wade, and Rousse were all his picks. The idea for the private equity deal was pushed by him. The SEC believes that Landry has weaponized the Louisiana justice system to fight the SEC. The judge who ruled Luis eligible? The judge who ruled Wright and Harris eligible? Both Louisiana judges. LSU fans themselves boasted and bragged that this is just how things are in Louisiana.
Even now that the shite has hit the fan, instead of being conciliatory the head of the Louisiana justice system, the Louisiana AG, made a public statement just yesterday promising to fight the SEC.
Many of the SEC voting members do not believe a member can be allowed to stay who has weaponized an entire state against the other 15 members.
Texas Tech made a test run. The Big 12 slapped them into place. Texas Tech waived the white flag.
LSU on the other hand has indicated they will fight. If so this will end so badly for them.

No. Lane never once attempted to fight the SEC and has said repeatedly that he will follow the rules. The SEC is continually escalating despite LSU not breaking these rules.
Halftime comments and two empty roster spots DO NOT qualify as good reasons to jump on a program.
This will be resolved by next weeks game and nothing will have changed.

Was it when the LSU President voted with the SEC to prohibit pros from playing or when LSU did not roster the players that they decided to fight?
The outcome of the entire scenario is that LSU followed SEC rules.

Link to where LSU is weaponizing the justice system? The only court case that is regarding LSU is the SEC vs LSU and LK and we are the defendant

You apparently don't live in Louisiana. I've lived in Louisiana for over 30 years and I can tell you it has some of the most corrupt political systems in the country. Nothing they do surprises me in a state where ex-felons become mayors of cities and towns, where money passing under the table is as common as gumbo at an LSU game on a fall afternoon.

A couple of years ago, the state of Tennessee sued the NCAA after they started investigating UTk for NIL recruiting violations. I believe they got an injunction against the NCAA from a Knoxville court. I suppose they'd have sued the SEC too if Sankey had piled on with threats to kick UTk out. Is Tennessee on the list of teams that can't be allowed to stay?

And governors being involved in LSU athletics has been happening since Huey Long.
And LSU has always been a part of the fabric of the SEC. A charter member.
Kicking us out over not breaking any rules but because they don't like current administration and Kiffin made a Spurrier-esque half time joke is one of the shortest sighted things I can imagine.
