Gulf Shores is rolling in tax money. You should see the new high school they’re finishing. Lots of great bike trails too.

I’ll be honest - I’ve been surprised that it’s been a lot more house/neighborhood style 30A type developments the last couple of years versus the 25 story condo towers.
