Clayton added the SEC to the the suit only after they colluded with other big conferences and put out a rehearsed/blanket statement.
Before last Monday it was just the NCAA In the Suit. Then it became the NCAA, SEC, and LSU being sued.

Wade, Upon making his return as the head coach of LSU basketball, Wade bypassed the traditional transfer portal routes and heavily recruited older, established European and international professional players. It's not just two recruits or some half time comments. It the totality of it and LSU fans are blind.

Which court? An Alabama court ruled signing a pro contract makes a player ineligible. The Louisiana court ruled that a player who had signed a pro contract, and even played in multiple NBA games, is eligible. Which court is correct? So that is one issue.
Another issue is that LSU seems unable to comprehend that a private organization can have rules that are not based solely on a court ruling.
Membership in the SEC is voluntary. If a member does not like the rules they can leave. But if they refuse they can be voted out.

Which of these actions broke SEC rules/by-laws that were in place at the time those actions were taken? Just last week people were screaming about how this is just about the SEC's ability to enforce their own rules. Which rules has the SEC been unable to enforce?

This is so dumb. You left off the fact that Ole Miss did the exact them to allow Chambliss to play. Chambliss was deemed ineligible by the NCAA, but sued in Mississippi to play. LSU hasn't played or rostered any former pro players while Texas, Missouri, South Carolina and Kentucky have not only rostered former pro players, but played them.

You typed a bunch of "but muh feelings." If this is because the SEC doesn't like Louisiana politics getting involved, fine, and the other members are more than welcome to expel us from the conference over that, but don't pretend that this is just about the SEC trying to enforce it's rules. No rules were broken.

It has become clear that some members of the SEC feel the same about LSU.
Many in the SEC feel there are irreconcilable differences between LSU and the other members of the SEC. They feel a divorce is the only option at this point.
LSU’s Jim Dalton is really questioning his career decision to take the LSU chancellor position a few months ago. It seemed like a promotion and a raise at the time. But he realizes now that being the chancellor of a Sun Belt school would be a step down from being the VP and provost at Alabama.

At the end of the day, those players should not be played either. Those are one offs though. LSU is skirting the rules in all sports. Making hires the SEC doesn't like that intentionally skirt the rules (Kiffin & Wade). Hell the governor got involved. This isn't a one off with LSU at this point. How can you guys not see this? There is being a villain, and then there is being a menace.

LSU can’t prevent the AG on doing whatever she wants. If she has a different opinion than the SEC that’s on her for doing whatever she pleases. I do not share her opinion btw.

If an attack on the flagship university of the state of Alabama happened, you wouldn't expect the entire machinery of the state of Alabama to fight back?
