I hope it isn't true and won't panic yet until something more reputable comes along reporting it.
I would assume they are just selling LSU's interest in the media rights, not actually an interest in LSU itself.
Perhaps it's current media rights, which would expire under a different contract with ESPN? No clue how much the current media rights are worth though.
