Sorry you don’t value your rights like these players do.

Depends on if you believe the NCAA is currently fricking up as much as possible to make as big a mess as possible on purpose to get that Act passed through congress.

I’m independent. I’ve voted for both parties.

i think we would have this issue either way.
NCAA rolling out the 5 to play 5 rule before the season began would have had all sorts of people suing.
Not really NIL related.

re: What is the percentage any of these shitty players actually play this year?

Low, i think the penalties being that high and the legality being uncertain will heavily tip the scale towards risk in a risk reward analysis
re: If LSU is a fringe 2026 playoff team, the committee should choose other options.

Is that more or less embarrassing than you’re general history before Lane and Hugh Freeze being your coach.
Ole Miss fans are such dipshit.
Clearly the kids that were taking the 4th grade reading tests before they held them back.

Did you feel this same way when Bama wanted Bediako? LOL
was Bediako a 2022 player who was forced to go pro because he was told he was out of eligibility only for the NCAA to change their rules?
Oh right, no he was not

None of these players have committed a crime.
the took literally their own option at the time.
What else should they have done?

Please! We all know that if this was another team, that wasn't LSU, you would be just like the other 99% of the people and be against this.
well Texas and Indiana both did this. No one seemed outraged.

Tell them they can come back for one more year but NIL is not an option for them just like it was when they were freshman. I wonder how many would come back?
what are their other options? They aren’t giving up roster spots or likely even practice squad spots.

Does Ferris State have an ENT on staff? No.
Do real doctors only keep
medical records for medical redshirt purposes? Also no.

That is not true. Ferris State did not keep records of his illness. He has been at the doctor the whole time it just wasn't documented correctly by the athletic department. That is the whole reason it was a slam dunk in court.
Athletic departments aren’t in charge of keeping medical records for real doctors.
