I knocked the rust off with a wire brush on mine then sprayed on some Rustoleum high temp spray paint ...

The tips always come out dry for me if I remove them prior to smoking. I think I just overshoot the time on them.
May turn out better if I smoke as one piece then remove afterward...

Everything 140hp and less is all Tohatsu design. Wish they designed and manufactured bigger hp offerings instead of teaming with Honda....
