Seems like it might be not that bad if the market is adjusting downward like this. Take your loan at the top, and pay it back in at a lower share price / lower basis. The consequences if the job is lost are pretty severe though.

Idk how much shite I purchase every year for sales tax but am glad they lowered / flattened the income tax. At least they giving us a reach around.

Every time I’m in or out of DCA I can’t believe it’s allowed to exist right there. Just an accident waiting to happen with that tight space and tons of traffic both airline and military.
