Not going to lie that’s surprising, I’ve been to Senoia and all there is is the downtown area where they film The Walking Dead
Unless another production rolls into town and takes over that shithole studio, I fully expect the town to dry back up.

Company I worked for is based in Sugar land and the first time I went I was amazed at all of the Asians. I was in a subway one time and there was about 20 people in there (including workers) 2 weren’t Asian, me and a black woman.

Brandon, Ms is where my crib be.
There must be some poors in Brandon somewhere because all around the area I live definitely surpass the median home values. BTW, we have the second lowest crime rate of any city in the state. We don't do the defund police crap out here. Our law enforcement are awesome and everywhere.

The part of Brandon I live is very upscale so like Madison , there must be some poors in both dragging them down.
Also, there is serious money on the gulf coast, too. Jackson probably brings the entire state down, the libs have completely destroyed it. One of the most dangerous cities in America now, too. Complete shite hole. Potholes everywhere.

used to live in Peachtree City (before Walking Dead rolled into Senoia) - which is Senoia's neighbor. If this is true
It isn't and it's been pointed multiple
times in this thread.Senoia isn't even in the top 10

I’m not saying they aren’t great people I was just saying Bellaire has a significant Asian population ~30%. They have an actual area (several blocks) named Chinatown (which is kind of a misnomer since it’s a lot of Koreans and Vietnamese as well) where all the businesses are in different Asian languages. Excellent spot for food. Korean bbq is off the chain. Wouldn’t exactly call it upscale though
I understand, I didn't think you were being derogatory. And yeah, that Gessner/Bellaire intersection has had Asian characters on the street signs forever. I couldn't agree more on the Korean bar b q. Speaking of amazing Korean food, if you haven't hit up Blood Brothers bar b q at Chimney Rock and Bellaire, you are missing out. I hate the term fusion, but it is truly a fusion of Korean and Texas Bar B Q and even some cajun that is outstanding. They do a fried bao bun with pork belly that should be illegal.

That sounds awesome. I’ll definitely try that out.

Grew up in Madison and currently live in Brandon. Anywhere in the city of Brandon/Reservoir within 5 miles I can find a trailer park. In Madison you won’t find any until you’re outside of the city limits. Same for apartments

Southlake is new money. Highland Park is old money.
Avg incomes might be equal but the difference is most folks in Highland Park are sitting on $10-$50 million in investments to go along with that income.

Ah, see I used to live in Madison also. (Tidewater lane)
I'm in Castlewoods now and I crossover to Grants Ferry hitting the spillway etc, and when I go down Lakeland it's extremely rare I ever go past Dogwood , so naturally I'm not gonna see trailer parks but I'm sure you are right.
I love Castlewoods because it's damn quiet, safe, and just far enough off Lakeland that you get that "living out in the boonies" feel. And when I leave Castlewoods Blvd ,Kroger is right there at the entrance. Or, continue across the street and the post office is there etc.

That’s got to be the only reason there’s money in that town.

Park cities
Memorial villages in Houston
West lake in Austin
Alamo heights
Probably the top places for Texas, probably more or less in that order
