The dude is so unorthodox that he makes everything hard. The route trees aren’t friendly. The blocking schemes aren’t good. In all honesty, you have to play against your own offensive coordinator as well

The check downs seemed to be on the other side of the field a lot of the times
This is true, a lot of times they were way on the other side of the field almost like the offensive coordinator is just using the guy as a deciy to pull that defender away from the middle of the field to open up a running lane for him or passing lanes for other guys

It was so hot yesterday, a lady in the stands in front of me over heated and they had to come get her.
The two things that stuck out the most to me that were negative was 70 getting whipped a few times and Russell needs to know where his check downs are. A lot of times they’re off to the side wide open, but he does like most athletic young quarterbacks and holds the ball forever and turns it into something but against SEC defenses that are bigger and faster that won’t be there all the time. But I saw a lot of good as well.
