• 50% of that sport's annual operating budget

That is some serious financial penalties... Combine that with the "loss of voting rights on business matters" and no AD or school president would ever agree to let a student enroll or sign an agreement.
This is significantly more hardcore than the B10 penalties.

Court cannot address league rules. They didn’t rule the player ineligible. LSU voluntarily agrees to league rules. Feel free to join the Sun Belt.

What court? And does that court have personal and subject matter jurisdiction over the SEC?
What plaintiff? LSU has standing to sue. I kind of think since they voted in favor of it, their president or chancellor won't authorize legal action.
The players lack standing to sue the conference for its choice to enforce internal governance and bylaws against it members.
Sorry your local Cletus fanboy judge does not get to make the rules on how the SEC enforces its own bylaws. It is a voluntary organization. LSU is certainly free to leave it and go independent.
