Texas is a university like any other university… the fan-driven, fan-fiction narratives that our obsessed so called rivals like to create on message boards/social media is both sad and comical…
you have to admire the level of whining though, they are so absorbed in all things Texas, that they have single handily created an income stream for the longhorns worth millions through views and media clicks alone

I do not understand Missouri's love for gatekeeping hating texas. You've played a whopping 24 times, you can't even begin to describe why Texas sucks
Like they need to explain it to Texas A&M (lol), OU, or us, who shared a conference with them for decades, have played 80 times, and left the SWC because of them
You may say Texas doesn't think about us, but their old heads do. Books have been written about our rivalry. Game of the Century, look it up. Learn some history
The only interesting tidbit about Missouri-Texas series is when they said "our bad years are better than their good years". Which hit home because it is so true

Yep. Missouri fans pretending to hate Texas are 100% full of shite. They are a Big 8 also-ran that had zero issues with us in the Big 12. They're just want to feel included.

Mizzou and Texas are both not SEC teams
Texas is just more annoying about it because they’re arrogant for no reason
But even with the small, minute amount of success they’ve had for 20 years (one questions why the hell they’re “blue bloods”), they’ve still accomplished more than Mizzou ever will
