Need to plan on new players at every position every year. Screens, slants, pick plays, RPO, counter, short yardage same at every school. After that you get 10-15 plays. Lose the guys in the colored polos and the guys holding up the sheets to shield them. That is all a bullshite distraction

This stupid mid-season firing is stupid for the very reason mentioned above. No coach worth a shite will sign on the dotted line in September. It literally happened nowhere. No one hired anyone until last week. We could've saved the buyout and been no worse off, but it made some booster feel good to stroke a check to Pittman to let him know he sucked. Which he already knew
