There is such a thing as the cool side of the pillow. The feather pillows when flipped over during the night would be cooler and flipping them over helped.

MSU was in a tough spot when The Pirate passed away and I can understand why they made their decision. If it worked out then that’s great but if it didn’t they had time to look for a suitable coach. Plus they didn’t have to break the bank to hire the assistant.

Frank Broyles brought Arkansas to the SEC for security and we have it. No one team leaving the conference will destroy it like the threat of texas leaving and taking aggie with them would have hurt that conference.
We knew it would be much more difficult, especially in football, but it was worth it.

And playing a team that bad seemed to have a negative effect on Arkansas, it’s like they used up all their runs for the rest of the season in that one series. It seemed to have broken momentum. No one should want to play them, there is nothing to be gained except 3 easy wins and boring games.

I couldn’t wait to get my license, already had my motorcycle license. Studied the little manual and aced it, it was easy.
The book my kids had to read and study involved math equations and such to the point it would have been difficult for me to have passed it at their age. But I don’t know if that’s a factor or not.
My 12 year old grandson would try to get one right now if he could.

Sam kind of reminds me of Hoss Cartwright, big loveable guy but not the sharpest tool in the shed.

Frank broyles did a good thing by putting a ipriority on other sports than football thus keeping the fans involved at arkansas. I like the big sports in the order they are played.
I feel that track was a result of a great coach and organizer of the teams and he doesn’t get the recognition he deserves.
