Just trying to take out a few variables (capacity and stadium design):

I've been to NFL and bowl games in Atlanta (GA Dome and MBS) and Arizona. The college crowds are louder, and that is even with the tickets being split.

Just my experience...

It is why you guys are my favorite SEC rivals. Its a fun series that yall have overall dominated but the games for the most part are usually close (recent years excluded), and its always loud

(Pssst, Arrowhead holds the world record.)

Oh you mean that time where they invited Guinness to come measure the noise level and made a huge production out of actively trying to get the record for loudest stadium?

That time?

Most NFL stadiums don't even hold half of what the larger SEC stadiums hold.

Same thing that killed NFL noise, that it did to Bama. Too many corporate seats with old people sitting on their hands.

You can put Georgia in that category as well.

And this media prick is used to visiting NFL stadiums not SEC stadiums. Talking smack when they have never investigated the matter.

I guess you haven't been to Arrowhead for a playoff game.

And next fall, BDS will be packed with grown men waving pom-poms and yelling like hell for college athletes who will be voting for democrats in the near future (just like their head coach). Not sure your point.

There isn’t one NFL stadium that has one hundred thousand plus seating. He obviously has never been to a SEC rivalry game.

It’s weird because Chiefs fans took this as some kind of shot at them and it wasn’t.

There are several college stadiums that are louder than anything in the NFL.

Arrowhead is right at the top as far as that goes though

There’s no question Arrowhead is at the top on any NFL list. It’s always mentioned. Since Joe said it in October seems odd for Chiefs fans to take offense. But whatever gets clicks on the internet.

Only because a member of the NY media wanted to juice up Chiefs fans by reminding them what Burrow said months ago about NFL crowd noise.

Camarrowhead is the loudest outdoor stadium in the world. It is the loudest theatre ever conceived.

It is not a modern steel NFL stadium or a Frankenstein college stadium with 6 generations of uncoordinated renovations.

It is a 50 year old concrete fully enclosed canyon sunken into the ground. The upperdeck is extremely steep and no longer up to code (like old yankee stadium).

Nothing else like it.

Yeah, see…I didn’t even know when he had said it. Just shows you that you really never get context for anything. Just the media trying to drum something up that isn’t there…again

LOL, yes there is

I mean, there are several college stadiums that fit 25k more people in them.

Again, this ain’t taking away from Arrowhead but Burrow’s comment was 100% accurate
