Ashamed? Do you understand the word means to be embarrassed or guilty because of one's actions.

What exactly did you do?

UGA was a national seed last 2 years. Lost in Regional, then Super Regional.

Tell that to the pitching staff.
Poor pitching and shoddy defense is not a good recipe for success.

Did I see the Serrano "big balls" celebration?
How did he tear his pants? On the strike out or popup?

Results are all that matter.
Not mathematically - it would take a 7-2 finish, which is basically impossible.

Do you feel better now?
First of all, every coach will tell you the regular season is for positioning - the real season starts with regionals. Second, when it's all said and done, no one speaks of your SEC record, only Natties. Case in point, Skip Bertman.

There are 3 current SEC coaches who have won a national championship - let's examine that percentage.

Corbin: 2 in 23 years (8.6%)
Sully: 1 in 17 years (5.8%)
Bianco: 1 in 25 years (4.0%)
Everyone's Favorite Van Horn: 0 in 23 years

Johnson: 2 in 4 years (50%)

Jay already took responsibility for this - he said it was bad roster construction. He was chasing power numbers to replace Jones and Frey, and it didn't work out. What he failed to realize is that those power numbers didn't come from the approach that Jay likes to implement.

Simple as that.
I have reached out to NILSU, but have yet to get a response.

What would the baseball players have to do in order to earn the NIL.

I realize this is pretty thin, but the players who receive the NIL $$ would need to grant some sort of access, which would be the basis for the majority of the content.
Just to be clear, I am a ways off from asking for commitments. I am looking for constructive feedback (people to shoot holes in the idea) to stress test the idea. The only part I am comfortable with is providing the content.

Open questions:
1. Is there enough interest (obvious 1st question)?
2. How would this work within the NIL framework?
3. Would NILSU need to be involved?
4. More questions

Drizztiger - would you be willing to provide feedback (offline)?
You Aggies could win the next 100 games, but you will always have to live with those Milkmen cheerleaders.
I have an idea for an LSU Baseball collective - providing LSU baseball content (in written form) under a yearly subscription model, with 100% of the money pledged going to LSU Baseball. The program would start with a commitment drive, where subscribers would commit an annual amount based on the subscription levels provided, with a minimum total commitment level needed to proceed. If the total commitment level isn't reached, no harm no foul.

If the commitment level is achieved (hopefully surpassed), the proceeds would be handed over to the baseball program to be used at their discretion. The baseball program, in return, would allow access in order to provide the content, consisting of multiple articles on a weekly basis - Inside baseball stuff.

I will admit I know little about the inner workings of the NIL process, and I look forward to receiving constructive feedback on this idea. Also, please don't hesitate to chime in on the viability of such a plan.

For the admins - there is ZERO profit motive here - I am merely trying to do what I can to help the baseball program.

I have written about the last two championships if you would like to get a idea of the content.

Coastal Carolina coach ejection 2025...
As Skip said you have to be 3 runs better than the officials, Gymnastics needs to be 0.3 better than OU to have a chance.

Someone should use AI to block out uniforms and faces, and see how it's scored.
