Like you have room to talk. You and power bottom are inseparable. What a disgusting site that is.

and people aren't going to be paying more per square foot for a smaller house.

Wrong on that statement. I have seen many instances where they are paying more $ per sq ft. One example i had an older lady who was in a multi level home and wanted a ranch style home that my brother and I had purchased. The 1st day we were at the house we had 9 different people saying that were interested. This ranch had zero steps.

The "claim early and invest" strategy just doesn't make sense.

I will be taking SS early but I also have 14 rentals that will be owned free and clear by that time

Stock has been on the move the last 2 trading sessions. Something leak out?

Any reason I shouldn't do it? House is across the street from mine and I would also like some say on who lives there

Definitely would use a title company if you're not sure on liens. My brother and I have bought a lot of foreclosures over the years and research ourselves since recorder of deeds info is online and so is casenet. If we weren't sure on one we contacted our title company.

Like the fact its across the street from you.. Easier to manage. Numbers seem good as well

It is running in after hours. Fidelity currently has it at 9.32 - up .73 in after hours.
I wish I had more shares.

My shares on lend have a lending rate of 5.881 premarket. Just as an FYI

I saw on Fidelity they asked me to lend my shares. I was curious and the lending rate was 6%. Anyone else have something different? I did not sign up for it.
Anyone else do the online auctions here? Hibids is a site that has a huge list of auctions going every day. If anyone interested i will tell you which ones to avoid and the good ones that I have had experience with. Have a few others outside of HiBids as well.

You can't buy in after hours? I just bought 50 shares in my Roth IRA in Fidelity. Not a lot of funds in that account.

That reddit post --- DAMN....128,741 shares at a cost of 1.79 and another 479 shares in Roth IRA. I am jealous.....
not much volume on this. Fidelity is showing 115 in volume today and 90 day average of 3,023. The spread is crazy. Bid .03 x 30,000 Ask .17 49,999

52 week range of .01 to .50

Thinly traded stock. May I ask what lead you to this one?

Volume already has exceeded the 90 day average. Someone wants in really bad. I do too since I finally have some $ to put in.
Where does everybody see this by year end?
