I’ve known Rick Pate all my life and he would make a great lieutenant governor. He’s done a great job as the state’s agriculture commissioner and has been farming and ranching since high school. He’s just a good ole country boy.

For anyone not an engineer it's fine, but PVC is designed for water/sewage systems. As Mech Engineer he should have used better, cheaper, less bulky materials that would stand up to stress/strain and time better.
