I think UF has an agreement with the SEC not to add FSU or Miami. Not sure.
There is no agreement with the sec, it’s an urban legend but it goes uga usce Florida and Kentucky supposedly had a gentleman’s agreement that they would all vote to block to keep in state rivals oit the sec. You need 2/3 vote of conference members to add a new team. In the 12 team set up 4 teams could band together and block a school. These schools still can but with the sec moving to 16 it takes five schools to keep a school out now. However it was also rumored atm was in the agreement too but that didn’t quite workout

That kind of reminds me of the urban legend about how every conference has to have a private school in it to avoid the freedom of information act.

UGA, Bama, Arkansas, etc. are literally all the same. Just cause your fat wife picked you out of the crowd in a UGA hat doesnt make you impressive. You strike me like a mall lawyer who thinks you've made it big time but you are just another name on a billboard struggling with overheard
