I only agree with removing Missouri and adding Vtech(so we get a replacementplace near the same). If we do add 4 more teams I would bet they are

Virginia Tech
FSU or Clemson

Pretty sure Arkansas has more national titles across all sports than Georgia. 52 to 33?
Georgia has approximately 188 SEC titles over 93 years or about 2 per year. Arkansas has approximately 146 over 35 years, or about 4 per year. Twice Georgia's rate.

Me? Not one. We're a track family. One of my children was on the track & CC teams at Arkansas.
A lot of other people probably would, but I'm ambivalent about it. But as an athletic program, Arkansas absolutely does belong in the SEC and competes for titles in every sport but one.
