Yeah not going to games is rarely the answer. Hell Golesh said when he took the Aubie job fan support over Arkansas was a key factor. That just makes us look like bad fans, you can support the players.

Yeah and sadly there is nothing you can do to fix it or change it. Pray for a class or two like Petrino got and perfect fit staff etc to get the most out of it. Insane the entire state not only doesn't have a single 4 star, but not even a max 89 3 star on the cusp. Wild.

This is also something that gets lost in the shuffle too often. Really hard to compete when your in-state talent is so so bad regardless of who is coach. It is no coincidence that Petrino's best years were when we had a loaded in-state class or two of playmakers and the program thrived off of it. Especially if you don't have the money to outbid for out of state guys. Uphill battle for anyone.

Yes, Josh Allen was terrible in college. Do people actually forget this? Do you know how bad 56% completion and 21 INT's is against MWC teams?
He was the very definition of arm talent but miles to go everywhere else that 99/100 don't pan out in the NFL. Luckily for Buffalo and/or their coaching staff they were able to develop his game properly. People just get so jaded because rarely is that the case in the NFL anymore they just assume he was elite in college or a sure thing when it couldn't be further from the truth for Josh. He was incredibly raw out of college, unbelievably inaccurate passer. But because those guys fail so much anymore people forget that when it actually works out down the road.
His senior season he went 9/24 0TD 1INT against Oregon, 9/19 vs Hawaii, 12/27 against Boise State. Come on now. :lol:
Hell he had 3 games his senior season with LESS THAN 10 completions, and 6 games with less than 12.

He wasn't very good in college, truly just a random blossom that is extremely rare. I don't think anyone missed on him in that sense, look at his stats at Wyoming, 56% completion against scrub teams both years as a starter. 1800 yards passing senior season. 21 INT's his 2 seasons at Wyoming with poor completion rate against very poor defenses.
I think he was truly one of those 1/10 types that just happened to be the 1.

Yeah it always helps when you see the LSU's and A&M's putting every dollar they have into football and $40M+ rosters and $100M coaching staffs just to shite the bed a month into the season and be done for already. Especially when they talk soooo much shite like they're winning a natty just to head to the Cheez-Its Bowl instead.

It's all he's done for years now every season for every sport, no idea if he's really even a Hog fan at this point or a planted troll. Truly one of the most miserable people I've ever seen on social media. Hell he was in the basketball recruiting thread bashing Calipari saying we'll be wishing we had Muss back this year. Gotta just tune him out anymore completely.

I believe donating directly to the foundation is different than directly to the NIL partner. One is generic and what you said AD or whoever chooses where that money goes, and the NIL collective is handled by thelinku and Front Office. People just need to make sure they donate to the right spot.

When you donate to NIL you choose what sport it goes to, it's not a general fund. That's why donations for basketball and baseball are on the same level combined as football is because people choose to donate to those programs as much if not more than football.
You can go to our NIL donation fund HERE and choose the one time NIL payment and see the drop down box to choose the sport to support.
This is why I said it's gotta be really hard for most fans to choose football these days versus supporting basketball or baseball where your donation might legitimately contribute to a national championship. Who the hell is choosing football right now or recently or going forward over those sports?

Preseason rankings are based off the previous season, they were 12-2 and finished AP #11. Any team would be ranked right around where they are. I think most of you are forgetting they were that highly ranked to finish last season and returned a lot of their top players.
Furthermore, Kalani Sitake is a very good coach and they have 10 projected NFL draft picks.
