Looks good to me

We really need graduated welfare... steps to wean off for people capable of holding down a job. The all-or-nothing approach to welfare is what creates dependency.
I agree with you here. Someone on welfare getting 50k worth of total benefits isn’t going to get a job making 35k and lose all benefits.
If you are unemployed and able bodied and under retirement age you get a bare minimum. Just enough to survive. You get a job at minimum wage your benefits increase. As your pay increases, your benefits are reduced by 50% of total increase in pay until you cross a certain income threshold.

say that as a huge George Jones fan too. Jones's version is good, but not as good as Coe's. Stapleton's version is absolute garbage
I judge people’s country music fanhood by asking them who originally wrote Tennessee Whiskey and who has the best version.
You’re in the God tier if you know it was originally a GJ song, because most don’t.

Anyway, they had to help him out on stage and sat him in a chair where he stayed the whole time. He could barely walk. He still put on a great show and played most of his hits and a couple of his x rated songs.
Props to him for doing that in such poor health. Love him or hate him you have to respect the fact he was authentic and didn’t give a frick

DACs version of Tennessee Whiskey beats the hell of out Stapletons

That isn’t DAC that’s Johnny Rebel
Though DACs “She said someday I’d understand…” is a hilarious one

re: How much does a new roof cost?

Depends on type of roof and how difficult. We had a metal roof and gutters put on 4 years ago for a 3,000 sq ft house for about 15k labor and materials. Our roof was pretty simple though
If you have a lot of different points, dormers, valleys, etc it’s going to cost more due to more labor, more cutting, more flashing, etc.
Also shingle roof is more expensive than metal

It amazes me how they’ll go through fairly tedious work to steal hydrants or cut off catalytic converters for 10

A continued devaluation of the dollar leading to inflation and less purchasing power thus destroying the middle class

think people realize what is about to happen. What we are witnessing is the systematic dismantling of the democrat machine. Illegal immigration, birthright citizenship, counting illegals in the census, and race based gerrymandering have been the 4 pillars keeping them in power.
If the cuck RINOs would pass the SAVE act the democrats wouldn’t win another national election until they actually decided to move back toward the center
