So is it only this space or is there more inside the sliding doors? How does one use the bathroom? Cook dinner?
I assume that’s someone trying to rent a bed to a roommate to help pay bills so he is utilizing the space for something but you still get access to the common space like kitchen, bathroom, living room. It’s still ridiculous but I feel there’s a lack of context in the Reddit post for rage bait

Why do you hate a woman’s right to choose to murder her newborn infant?

She did lots of social media posts about how in love she was, how much better Third World men are than Western men, etc.
I’ve thought for a while a big reason white women support immigration is because they see Arabs and African men as traditionally masculine and women are wired to be attracted to that. It’s the same mindset that attracts them to a “bad boy” they then try to “fix” once they lure them in. But in this case they are blinded to the negative traits these men have that are extremely violent and savage. It isn’t some misguided American 20 year old lashing out at society. These men come from cultures and lifestyles these women cannot comprehend and they are not compatible here.
But if western men would stop being pussies and go back to being manly then our women would drop the desire to bring foreigners here.

the fear of failing at this business then looking back on the time I took the best job offer I've ever had and threw it in the trash is haunting me big time.
Try looking at the fear of taking the new job and it not panning out as promised and throwing away the opportunity to start your own business.

offered a position with an almost $30k a year cut in base salary but the likelihood that I end up making probably $30k - $50k more total a year than I am now is very, very realistic.

position would require nearly every weekend almost immediately for a temporary time, with a couple weekends thrown in here and there throughout the rest of the year. This is also roughly 12 hour days.

This business is very close to finally becoming active after months of planning, thousands of dollars in investments, and tons of sleepless nights on my part since I've been the primary builder of this business. If I take this offer, I'd have to put off ramping up this business for roughly a half a year, and we already have lots of money invested in it so this would not be ideal as we want to get ramped up immediately. This job offer would put a massive wrench in our plans, but would be considerably more money at the expense of my time since it would put me out of the picture for nearly every family function and football season.
Lets start with the effects on you now if you take new job.
1. Income is much less when you start new job, and potential income from side business is now 0.
2. more work and time away at new job
3. Increases odds your business never gets going
Now let’s look at things that could go wrong in future.
You say new job has higher upside in salary and the weekend work is temporary. That sounds like a promise of a better future, not a guarantee. What happens when you get stuck in new job and in 6 months they now expect you to work every weekend still? What happens if you don’t see the raise in salary? Do you have these promises in writing? If you’re the primary builder of your side business then it won’t succeed if you aren’t there to tend to it.
Id stick to your current situation on your current track. You’d be risking throwing away a lot of time and money you’ve invested for something that may not end up like you think it will

If you can pay in full and it’s liquid cash not coming from an investment where you may owe taxes if you pull it out then pay in full.
I’d look into seeing if you can get any new credit cards with 0% for 18 months and pay that way and just pay it off over 18 months with no interest

re: Should Americans be allowed to easily own the same weapons as law enforcement?

Yes. Arms are commonly defined as anything that can be carried and fired by one person.
We should be able to own all types of guns, launchers, and small explosives.
Missiles, bombs, nukes, etc would not be considered arms for an individual. However they should be allowed for private militias that are organized and trained for the purpose of national defense with government oversight. Think in terms of letters of Marque and Reprisal with merchant ships. They could own the weapons but would require authorization to fire them with safety protocols for storage and preventing unauthorized use. Authorization would come from state governments in conjunction with local sheriff departments, not from feds or military. The purpose being a check on a potential tyrannical federal government, or an additional line of defense in the event of a foreign invasion leading to collapse of communications or national military being overwhelmed

Also if you like French onion dip for chips don’t buy premade dip.
The best dip is to buy Lipton onion soup mix and mix it with 16oz daisy sour cream. Cheaper, taste better, and you get more dip
