but it’s legitimately hilarious to act like Tuscaloosa is anything close to Baton Rouge. There’s a few bad spots in T-Town but the vast majority of it is just a nice little city.

I mean the exact same could be said of Baton Rouge.

It's not woke? I'm guessing. Their fans don't bark like dogs at people?

UAH is known for its elite programs in engineering, science, and aerospace

My daughter is a high school senior who has never made less than an A since her grades started counting and made a 27 her first time taking her ACT. She plans on enrolling in UAH after high school.

She wants to work for NASA and be a planetary scientist or an astronomer.

As much as I dislike their sports teams, they actually have very good academics.

Who would want to live in Alabama when you could live in wonderful places like Valdosta, Macon, Macon County, any of the many shitstacks on the I-16 corridor. Or ooh, Atlanta!! Get fukt.

Apart from their football program,

Can I play?

Apart from all their wins and championships, does anyone really respect the New England Patriots?

Apart from their 27 World Series titles, does anyone really respect the New York Yankees?

Apart from their 18 and 17 World Championships, does anyone really respect the Celtics and Lakers?

Apart from her sexy ways and sultry voice, did anyone buying movie tickets at the time really respect Marilyn Monroe?

Respect is way overrated.

UAH is barely above trade school status in engineering. The best thing it has going for it is that the students' parents work in the local industries and can get them jobs.

UAH is also not UAT, nor is UAB

Texas has medical campuses all over the state of Texas, but no one refers to MD Anderson or the like when referring to Texas academics.

UAT has never been much more than mediocre in academics.

AL is not being overrun by Indians and other foreigners.

You Tejas folks don't try to flee east when your state becomes too much of a shithole for you.

Go somewhere else.

If they have such a good business school, how come the state of Alabama lacks a Fortune 500 company headquartered there?

Regions and Vulcan are not Fortune 500? News to me.

My niece went there for undergrad and then to Auburn for pharmacy school. Being at Auburn made her wish she'd gone there for undergrad.
