One is using the force of law to ruin the life of Christian because they are won't make a cake for someone intentionally trying to insult their religion. Forcefully compelling another human being to do something against their morals.

The other is a pathetic grasping at straws that is a fart in the wind. It is a basement dwelling freak whose review will be summarily ignored.

Do they have the same intent? Sure but you probably should recognize it is better to spend a million times the effort addressing the former instead of the latter.
