Virginia will be independent before they join another conference. They run the ACC.

They aint running the SEC or the B1G.
We need more tomato cans like the B1G.

I want Austin Peay, Eastern Carolina, Citadel, Mercer.

Florida made 3 from behind the arc and still scored 100 on our porous defense.

But at least the offense turned it over 18x.
Alabama scored exactly ZERO points off of turnovers.

Points in the paint: 72-26. frick.

I'm glad I forgot this game was on today.

I think the marked improvement in penalties between 2024 and 2025

Seems like Saban's teams get a bunch of credit for discipline while Deboer's don't when it appears to keep, and maybe I'm just dreaming, but far fewer penalties are being called now than vs Saban's super-disciplined teams.

I dont think its unreasonable to say he has a better release than BY, Tua or Mac.

This is insanity.

Sorry, but, C'mon.

I know at Washington, the team that CKD brought to the Natty had a RB with 1400 yards or so

I'll take 700-yard RBs x 2.

Austin Mack is going to throw for 4000 yards this season.

Named a "MAJOR FUGITIVE" by the Marshall Service for income tax evasion.

Pretty dumb.

Just curious... are watches the only jewelry you wear?

Alabama literally set the standard in investing in the football program.

Be nice to have all that money Bama spent on the locker room and light shows in the stadium. I'm pretty sure football players would sit on upside down paint buckets in a concrete room under naked light bulbs if they're making $3-4m/year.
I keep hearing about this website dedicated solely to people who are fanatics, and I just think that encapsulates the Alabama fanbase.

Its called OnlyFans. And That's who I want to attract- Only Fans. No band wagon phonies. Just real fans that love Alabama football. I think the name says it all.

but can you name one team, at any level, that has been successful when rotating OL with the same frequency that most teams rotate DL?

Can't say that I've ever seen it, but nobody had seen the forward pass until 1906 either.

If there was an advantage to rotating OL like normal teams do with DL, you'd see teams at all levels doing it.

Rotating d-linemen didn't really become a super popular thing until the 2010s.
quote:

I think they do a lot of that on defense and its great. But OL is probably not the best place to do that; definitely not at the frequency we did last year. That shite was unheard of.

Well, if the staff feels like all they're going to get is three years with the majority of the guys they recruit, they may think that getting them into rotation for reps as early as possible is the way.
I think rotating guys on the o-line can work in the same way rotating guys on the d-line.

Some guys better at run blocking? Bring them in on early downs?

Got a guy that can pass block his arse off? Third down reps for him.

Definitely an interesting experiment.

No more rotating guys all season

You think the staff does this to get in-game reps for younger guys so in the event of an injury the backup isn't coming in with zero experience?
Tenner or the Titans?

I assumed they are going to the NFL but to coach for the retread Salah??

I'd rather be with Cignetti. Winning.
