Now wait just a damn minute.
I was assured earlier that there was a gigantic media conspiracy that overrates every player that has chosen to play for Texas in the history of ever.
Did SI not get the check in the mail?

Stoops doing work. And I wonder if they factor Josh Allen and Wagner being 2 stars and both led the league past 2 years in the SEC with an sacks?

Last 4 years LSU average class finish is 7.25
Last 4 years Fla average class finish is 11.50
LSU has finished 2nd, 7th, 15th and 5th. That is supposed to put them in 20th place somehow?

Lsu and USCe tied? WOW
Posted on 1/23/20 at 7:04 pm to SidewalkTiger
Are they using si's recruiting rankings? If so, they are they absolute worst and this list is pretty laughable considering LSUs recruiting

Looks like Tenn and TAMU are biggest underachievers and LSU and Clemson biggest overachievers.OSU/UGA/Bama/UF/Auburn about as you’d expect

What a waste. So, go look at what this was for 2019; and if LSU wasn't Number #1 - then tell me how we beat the f*** out of everyone.

Wow! All that talent and zero national championships since 2017

For those to lazy to read the link:
quote:
Using the 247 Sports Composite recruiting rankings of the three major services (247, Rivals, and ESPN), we give each player on the roster a point total based on the star they were assessed as a recruit. So 5 points for a 5-star, 4 points for a 4-star, etc.
--We only evaluate the last four recruiting classes, so for this year that's 2017-20. That's because 5th-year seniors at the power five conference level are just not as impactful or plentiful as they used to be. But if a 5th-year senior figures prominently on the depth chart, they are still accounted for.
