No sane person lives in the city. If you have any money, you want to live south, not Kettering. Oakwood, Centerville, Bellbrook, Springboro, or Beavercreek. Or any of the priors respective surrounding townships. Cincy has areas as well but southern suburbs of Dayton are better than cincy. ...
