Doesn't really matter. Anything between 8-11 teams works just as well. Just get everyone on the same page.

The 3rd down play-action pass to the fullback against Auburn in the mid-90s where the the fullback fumbled was a good play call.

Mike Shula should have been given one more year.

I'd love to see an elephant grey (like our under armor) uniform.

Jim Harbaugh is mediocre at best.

Lane Kiffin is a great coach that is going to have a very long, successful career.

Will Muschamp is going to bring SC up to elite status and will stay for the rest of his career despite getting great offers from "better" schools.

Jim Harbaugh has never won his conference or even his division in CFB. He's a hard-nosed coach who will get a team to 10 wins and get them fundamentally sound. He is nothing more than that.

He has, however, generated a crapload of revenue for Michigan and given them hope for the future, so there's that. He also has the 3rd most punchable face in sports after Gus Malzhan and Danny Kanell.

And I've been high on Muschamp for years.

He would’ve been given another year had he fired Dave Rader.

That 2006 season was so frustrating. We were just a few plays away from being a ten win team.

When Herbie/Cowherd/Kennel/Bayless/random talking head picks against Alabama I view it as their opinion and don't let it rustle my panties like of lot of other CFB fans.

We should be confident enough not to need validation from those who have no say so in our daily life...in all aspects of life.

I hope this isn't advice for me. If so, you've misunderstood the situation. I have absolutely no problem when any person is anti-Alabama. I similarly don't like talking heads simply for being pro-Bama.

I hate Danny Kanell as he's proven over the long term to be a terrible analyst of the game of football, and now in order to stay relevant, has chosen the road of sensationalist journalism, which I have nor respect for, in or out of the sports arena. Add to that the smugness he exudes while spewing his garbage, and I think he ends up as the example of precisely what not to do. I have no respect for him whatsoever.

His opinions anti or pro Alabama are irrelevant to me.

EDIT: Bayless is also terrible. Cowherd doesn't bother me. He just has a classic radio schtick. Herbie is one of the best analysts in CFB.

I was present for the Duke game. That was enough for me.

While I do think it was time to part ways, I think Shula catches way too much crap from our fans. He did the University a solid when he took the job. We were toxic. He managed to have a ten win season, and we were rarely blown out, even in the really bad years.

He came in, got us through probation, and kept things from spiraling too much.

Hypothetically, had Shula returned for 2007, the season would have been a grade-A shite show. The injuries, the textbook debacle, plus Saban likely would have ended up at another university. More probation AND a vacant coaching job? Geez...

Who would we have hired after the '07 season?
