I'm okay with ending the TSIO so we can play more of the other east teams.
Need a 9 game conference schedule.
Then Bama can play every team in the east over a max of 3 seasons, not 6 years.

Football needs to get rid of targeting. Enforcement is too arbitrary.

Time to get some downvotes.
While I understand why and all that, I actually HATE conferences. I wish they didn't exist and we played a football schedule of an independent like that constantly over-rated team from Indiana.
I think it'd be better to make a trip out west and play those kinds of games rather than having 2 games against teams from Mississippi. Hell it doesn't even have to be top teams, we could play Cal for all I care.
Just mix it up every year.
Of course it'll never happen for very good reasons. But I think it would be awesome if it could be pulled off.

4th and 1, or [x] and goal. Line up in Double Tight QB Sneak formation with Single Back. When the ball is snapped, everyone not named the RB runs a fake QB sneak. However, the ball is snapped shotgun-style through the QB's legs to the RB. RB sprints to the boundary. First Down or TD, guaranteed.

Here's an unpopular opinion.
Nick Saban gets outcoached 2 to 3 times per year. Most of the time, the talent can overcome a few questionable decisions. This isn't a potshot at Saban... there's no such thing as a perfect in-game coach... but every year, there are a few games with everyone but the concession stand employees yelling "WTFFF"

If you score a td in the later part of the game putting your team up 7, you should go for 2. Roughly a 50% chance of ending the game on the spot and if you don’t get it the other team still has to score on you just to tie it up

Make the IB the annual opening game every year.
Eliminates a lot of injury excuses, provides intense focus during Fall Camp, lets bragging rights persist through the season,and avoids physical/emotional hangovers affecting the SEC CG.
