Two nights means tomorrow night has to knock it out of the park to make up for tonight being meh.
Lately that’s been the problem. Over promise, under deliver.

C+ for night one
Cody and Punk was good but it still had glitches
Main event was lackluster

Mania should be the only two night show. Tonight has felt underwhelming.

They’ll lose four games. They’ll extend Beamer.

I’m not limiting it to one season. The show became about diversity and giving POC a chance. The gameplay reflects it. The winners reflect it.
You can blame the ones who post in the thread but it seems a majority of those you’re bitching about also stepped back and checked out.

The main ones who talk about 2020 are LSU fans.
LSU had their best player quit on them because Burrow was no longer there.
LSU lost to Alabama 55-17 in 2020.
That pretty much sums it up.

Pete Golding dropped Will Anderson in coverage on 3rd down in 2022

Their aim is to get a large scale concert or two there a year.
They’ve had three concerts, two by the same artist in five years.

Sucks Post Malone cancelled his show in May last minute, that would have been a very fun one
They cancelled because the ticket sales were shite. Obviously not just Birmingham but still - it would’ve been less than half capacity.

I would say Big Brother trying so hard to be diverse had a lot to do with this thread going from ten pages a day to eleven pages a few weeks in.

Season 19 was absolutely wild.
Season 19 was good but for me it was season 20. Nothing can compare  watching Level 6 steamroll and the shite they did, that summer was the most fun I’ve had watching the show. I also had time to watch feeds then and invest.
Since I’ve become more of a casual so to tune in last night and see the thought of flipping the house turn into a unanimous vote this early - it’s boring. Not to mention the gay guy leaving the house and being treated like royalty while saying Frankie is his idol (frick Frankie)
From October of last year:
The stadium is five years old. It’s hosted Garth Brooks and Chris Brown twice. As evident in this thread - Monster Jam and motor cross. It just seems some in this thread are exaggerating just how many big acts the stadium has brought in for the sake of defending the need for a 50k seat stadium in Birmingham.
It looks cool when you go through Birmingham but as far as 50k seats being necessary? Highly debatable.

Chris Brown's Breezy Bowl XX Tour drew more than 35,000 fans to Protective Stadium in Birmingham, Alabama, marking only the second major concert at the venue's largest outdoor space. The event sold out with over 30,000 tickets distributed and transformed downtown Birmingham into a hub of activity for one of the city's largest concerts to date.
