SEC Refs are held accountable. They have individual grades and the crew gets a grade. These grades are not publicly disclosed and they aren't going to get fired if they have a solid rating overall. There are hundreds of plays within a game. Additionally, if they have a bad rating they can lose their job, lowered compensation, lack of postseason opportunities, and aren't called in for big games.
With that being said; missed calls are a part of a game.
I'm pretty sure you would be on the other foot... if you had people calling for your job if you made a B or had a 80% scoring grade.

My thoughts.
Offensively:
- UT has a monster in Gilliam. Delgatty is going to be out. This is a concern.
- They are going to stop the run and make Russell beat them through the air. RCW is out.
Defensively:
- UT OL isn't the best but they have a solid run game. If we can't stop the run, we are in trouble.
- UT OL may not be able to keep their QB upright. We need to blitz heavy.

(3) Refs aren't always out to get you
