Just throwing in my 2 cents on the painting nails thing.

Dude lets his little sister paint his nails, or at least choose the colors. He knows he's gonna get shite for it but does it anyway because it makes his sister happy. That just shows me that he is family oriented and has a great relationship with his sister. Typically this is a sign that someone is a good dude and is focused on the things that matter in life.

If that's a character flaw we could do a lot worse. Much rather have dudes like that than dudes being obnoxious and getting into shite off field.

Yet, Hugh Freeze seemed to have done WAAAAAAAAY worse is back in coaching.

Freeze literally bought prostitutes for children.

Playoffs this year.

Playoffs every year. Bama is a playoff program. Any year we dont make it is a failure, especially with 12 teams.
In theory it isn't crazy. People forget our Viriginia Tech opener where our entire team was just Christian Jones trying to haul us over the finish line by himself. We had numerous slow starts to seasons under Saban.

And if Saban were still in charge he'd be chewing out our fans for this reaction.

That said, its not that we lost, its how we lost. We all saw this coming from miles away. Gus having all summer to prepare knowing that his offense is what gives us the most trouble, a road opener against a team who absolutely fricking hates us, potential rain. We were totally unprepared for all of it and then couldn't adjust. I think they passed a single time on us jn the 2nd half and ran for like 200 yards (may be wrong, I was drunk). Our team had no heart, no fire. Thats what is concerning.

Maybe we get it together, our season is still very much alive and sometimes teams need to lose to reach their potential, but this just seems like its entirely on the coaching staff treating a big fricking game like amateur hour.
He's still an elite D1 athlete that has spent two years in a world class conditioning program. Unless you are trained in some sort of combat at a high level, or also at least a D1 athlete, dude is beating your arse

I have watched the last two years thinking “I wish kiffin hadn’t fricked that boosters wife.”

To be unable to put that shite aside and curate the downfall of the greatest run ever is such kid shite. Like bro, you still with her?

Either he did you a favor or you've put that shite behind you.

Dude must be pumping a lot of money into us. Should have just pumped his wife instead.
Crossing my fingers in hope that the Texans suck.

Sure. What I saw didn't make me think we were a few fixes from being a championship caliber team. However, I cannot dispute your point in concept. We could go 11-1.

To that point, even Saban had first games where we were completely dysfunctional. Virginia Tech comes to mind.

What we saw today though is definitely far from inspiring.

Weird thing to say about a guy who paints his nails and could also beat the frick out of you with little effort.

I suspect that it won't be much like last season, and I mean that in the worst possible way.
As a fan of other sports teams that are absolute garbage, I have known this day was coming and am mentally prepared for it, however, its really surprising that it only took 2 seasons and thats kind of painful.
Historic failure. KDB's Bama teams just do not do the little things right. I had a bad feeling about the future when we were completely unprepared for the rain v Michigan.

We are a collective team of giant vaginas.

Unfortunate because vaginas are typically better when they arent giant.

I’d take my mawmaw at this point.

Mawmals know ball.
Hubbard has not made a single play today.
UW fans all said that KDB wins painfully close games against teams he should beat easily.

Hoping they are right, we're still in this.
