Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney made headlines this week following a tense exchange with a reporter who questioned the Tigers' roster construction after their 51-10 loss to LSU.

Swinney pushed back on the question and defended how Clemson has built its roster, creating an awkward back-and-forth that quickly made the rounds on social media.

Former LSU head coach Brian Kelly, who had his fair share of tense moments with reporters during his time in Baton Rouge, was asked about Swinney's exchange this week.

Here's what Kelly had to say:

“We have to coach better, we have to play better…” LOL! This gave me PTSD from every loss Kelly took at LSU. This is exactly what he said each time. Can’t stand this loser!

"Kelly called reporter Michael Cauble's inquiries "ridiculous" and accused him of being "spoiled."

Nah. "I can't answer that question until we get through the season," is obviously not the answer. Perhaps, "I can't answer that question until we get a couple of more games under our belt." If it takes a full season… That's unacceptable. Dabo touched on this, but I think the answer is, "it was one of the most difficult opening game environments any team could face, against what may be the best team in the country. We're going to put this game behind us. Obviously will continue to evaluate personnel. We need to put this one behind us and focus on Georgia Southern."

BK is the only LSU football coach I will not look back on favorably based on their time at LSU. Not considering the record. Les was a likeable guy, Coach O was the biggest LSU fan in the room at times, and Saban was an a-hole but he built the whole program. BK was just an a-hole

I thought BK was a really good hire originally but in short order he proved to everyone that loves LSU football that he was a arse wipe low life scum bag that could not gain respect with his arrogant Yankees mannerisms.

How is it a short sighted question? Everyone has been talking about Dabo’s roster construction choices for like 3 straight years.

BK's response, "Look, we created a perfect roster"! Then he slams his 72 year old fist on the table to fracture two fingers and his wrist. "But, the guys just did not follow the plan and play up to the standard we taught them. But, it has nothing whatsoever to do with the perfect roster we created. It is and will always be PERFECT."
