The city of BR lost a huge amount of governed population and tax dollars and therefore needs to size down to fit the remaining populace. Makes sense, this is how things should work.
Flat. NVDA has been mostly flat on earnings past few reports. Initial spike but back to flat by end of next day

Inflation has slowed, as the data shows. But I think the public expected prices to go back down to 2019 levels. It doesn't work that way.

The average person thinks lowering inflation should lower prices, but that’s not how this works. Prices went up under Biden. But Dims and media came out to blame Trump recently bc their followers would lap it up
Hell yea I would. 3x my pay for 5 years and I could be set for nearly FIRE. I could def do coast fire where you just cover monthly expenses until retirement and don’t have to worry about saving anymore, just let the compound interest do its thing

Market just bounced on a critical support. Unlikely. Also Buffett buying Google is a huge buy signal on the entire AI sector, which has been the main thing dropping the market past couple weeks
I’m interested in how they figure this out. Must be based on taxable income right? Is it averaged for a married couple filing jointly? This is much more complicated than COVID stimulus
He’s one weird fricker. Constantly tweets and then almost immediately deletes the tweets. Now making a big publicized bet and then suddenly closing his fund immediately after.

I think the truth on Burry is that he made one huge bet with conviction and won, and has lived off of it since. I don’t think he’s ever understood the market

I do give him some credit for GameStop, as he was the first major investor pushing the GameStop turnaround idea. He was the main reason retail started buying the stock like Roaring Kitty. But he also sold way before the peak or even before the squeeze really happened
Changed my truck battery.

Might have seen OP when I was buying the battery
This screams power struggle. And information is power. Who is withholding from who?
These chips not being depreciated at the same rate are being used internally. Companies can make a choice to use them longer internally as a cost savings. Since it doesn’t effect customer data loads, they don’t need to be replaced every 3 years.
I will add that directly to SPY calls and turn it into $22k

1 year ago. Inflation happened during Biden’s term
NYG @ CHI has the potential to be a great game, if the wind dies down. Dart has been electric even with subpar supporting cast. Bears offense starting to really pick it up under Ben Johnson

BAL @ MIN likely goes high scoring. BAL really needs this game.

A lot of straight doo doo on the schedule. Too many backup QBs on bad teams.

people will never build significant equity in their housing on a 50 year mortgage, unless they make it 35+ years. There will be almost no equity in the 1st 20 years. Can you imagine paying for something for 20 years and having no equity?
