Personally I stay as far away frrom every 18 wheeler I encounter because I don't know who the frick is behind the wheel. And when I have to pass I step on it and get past them as quick as I can.

I recall that they stole all of that rebuilding money after the massive earthquake. Maybe they raped Haiti twice.
