It's a pole barn. Metal sides and roof with all structure being wood. It's pretty solid construction. Standard quote is good pricing. It's when you start adding doors, windows, height, awning, lean too, etc. is when the price starts jumping. They are pre-engineered and built to local wind codes. The one down side is above the eave height on inside, there's not much option/room to plywood that deck to store other items. They did a 40'x80'x16' commercial style structure and it was solid. Upright posts were 8"x8" and the spans across the door bays were big extra heavy duty.

It depends on what the question was and if I would be lying or telling the truth to answer it.

Dark with stuffed heads is original to what crawfish bisque is supposed to be.
The other stuff is just recreating lobster bisque using crawfish meat instead.
I like both, they're different tastes, but prefer the dark if I had to pick.
