Bad decisions all around were made when allowing a badly hurt player to play in games that could be career ending actions. Brian Kelly and all of our previous offensive staff should be ashamed for allowing what we all witnessed this past football season. Also, Nussmeier himself did not use good judgement by playing. I hope Nuss has more success in the NFL.

One of the worst head coaches that LSU ever hired, especially his last few years in Baton Rouge. I would rank Kelly with Hallman.

I was at the LSU vs Sycracuse Sugar Bowl game with my daddy, uncle and cousin in 1963. They had Jim Nance and Floyd Little as RBs. We were behind at half time but came back to win the game. I met several Syracuse players at their bus after the game, who were kin to my friends over in Livingston parish. They were really nice guys. It was a really good game since LSU got the best of a really fine team on that day. I think I gave my ticket to that game to my youngest son many years later.

The cream will always rise to the top. For you youngsters, that means that the best will rise to the occasion. Our 2025 OLine was awful and only a few guys were worth keeping by the new coaching staff from our roster.These guys apparently rose to the top according to the new coaching staffs evaluation of our OLine guys and were keepers. The rest were released or chose to move on to other teams.
