Bc they’re not national championship caliber guys.

I've heard that very few players came over to LSU with Lane. 4 players. That seems low.
Especially when considering lsu fans claim “Lane is so cool and likable!”
“Lsu has unlimited spending on NIL and can pay more for any player they want”
Something ain’t adding up and I think it’s the “cool and likable lane” part.

Ole Miss just picked up its 13th 4 star in June. Lane never had more than a couple 4 stars committed in June at any point in his tenure at Ole Miss.
And you don't think this has anything to do with kiffin getting yall to the semifinals in the playoffs?
Just like Indiana is now a hot team for recruits.

MELT BITCH!
That shows Ole miss with 19 recruits and lsu with 14.
Lsu also has a higher player average at 92.63.
I think by player average lsu is in the top 3 or 4.
So you're wrong and definitely melting.

The lack of logic by the Rebel fans on this board is astounding. Which is odd because I know several IRL and they really aren’t this dumb.

You got downvoted simply because this is a LSU website.

No Bentley smashed his daughter and lane couldn’t handle it so he sabotaged his own team by benching his best Rb.
this is insane
Some of them have quite literally gone insane since he left.

Was he a good coordinator under Saban? Sure. Is he the greatest offensive mind the game has ever seen? Absolutely not.
I don't believe I said that he is, but he is a brilliant offensive mind.

I’m calling bullshite on your assessment. His portal activities are based on the amount of money LSU is willing to invest to win. His “offensive genius“ label is hyperbole. Was he a good coordinator under Saban? Sure. Is he the greatest offensive mind the game has ever seen? Absolutely not.
What's with all the strawman arguments from folks lately?
The poster said Lane is a very good offensive mind; you immediately jumped to "greatest offensive mind the game has ever seen".
God forbid LSU fans think they have good players or a good coach, the tards here immediately jump to muh LSU fans are guaranteeing natties and Heismans. I'm convinced that most of the "shite talk" that rival fans cry about is something they contrived up in their own imagination.

Dont do this. This post is as big of a sham as that dude was a coach. Just let it be.
Your entire post history is nothing but LSU rhetoric, but you want to shame another Ole Piss fan... and I'm sure you were gloating how much of a sham of a coach he was all last season right up through Nov and Dec timeframe.

Yeah I know. But I win when they melt all over the comment section. 9 pages of melts without one of them explaining why Lane brought zero offensive starters with him. Funny watching them lash out in anger yet can’t refute anything I’ve said. Just makes them look like the dumb belligerent fan base everyone knows them to be.

I'd like to say they didn't want to follow him and play for him...but in reality, he has deeper pockets and with NIL he can probably just buy better players than he could buy in Oxford.

He wants to win a Natty. Reason he left OLE PISS. Can recruit better players at LSU. That is a fact.

You ought to ask them how lane ended up not getting Simmons in the portal, despite their long standing relationship and Simmons clear intention to transfer

He didn't take them with him because they aren't good enough to win a national championship. That is why he left your school.

A lot of folks have told him "why", he just doesn't like the answers.
It's similar to when he said Lane wasn't coming to LSU, then Lane was but no other coaches, then no players at all, Chris Kiffin would be the DC, Charlie Weis was staying, Joe Cox was staying, on and on...
