Much improved roster, I think this will be a team fighting for 18 or 19 wins hoping for 10 or 11 seed in the tournament.
Now my predictions could very well change by the end of December. The SEC is very top heavy this year so we got a chance to finish middle upper half of the pack in this league.

I think this is his best roster he's had. In my opinion, he will get another year if he improves from last year's team. LSU basketball is not like LSU football right now where we can go out and hire big name guys. Our next coach is going to be another young guy we're taking a chance on and have to start over again. I like CMM, seems like he's well respected in the locker room and around campus from admin staff.

Excited to see the new team. Dedan Thomas Jr is going to be a fan favorite. Elite PG that we haven't had since Tremont.

I'm actually excited for LSU men's basketball. Lots of new faces on this team. Hopefully we can win more than 3 SEC games.
P.s. I'm one of those who'd rather watch a losing LSU mens team than a LSU womens #1 team. It's just hard for me to get excited for womens basketball, no matter how good they are.

I’m ready to watch our defense play more than our offense. This feels like an old school LSU-Florida about to unfold. Low scoring, defensive battle. Give me the under whatever the total is.
