What’s your rule on these? All I read is how bad they are for you. I’m thinking no shite. Not eating them at all is just dumb. There is some middle ground. Sugar can be flushed out with coffee. I have a really good shop in my area. May go tomorrow....

The houses along the nantahala river seem so great. I guess if I had to choose one it would be beach condo. Beach towns are better. Condo cause it would hold up better if a hurricane comes....

I like Bajio better than Maui Jim. Bajio claims to block more blue light than any sunglass on earth. I got the Ozello and love them.
