thats stupid. Its usually the poor who have to eat crap every day cuz its cheap. Or maybe they are poor because they are lazy and dumb. Hence why they are fat also

why do Auburn fans only offer insults, The state of Ala has both Auburn and Alabama fans they work together, live next door to each other, even date and marry each other and Auburn fans can only offer fat-shaming insults as their part of the discussion

There are people who live off convenience store crap and fast food. They want something good for themselves and usually slap a Alabama sticker on themselves or car. It wasn't always like this.

Then there's the Auburn fan who's so fat
when he lays on the beach, people feel sorry
for him and try to roll him back into the water.

I understand that you want food.

But, dont create a National Emergency in America because Walmart couldn't get you an electronic cart at the buggy center.

Walking and exercise benefits everyone.

Nah, my wife is a vegetarian (and the rest of the family be default) so we don’t eat hardly anything from Walmart. It’s all farmers markets and Whole Foods at our house. Would be much easier on the budget if she did shop there.

I dont mean by like 5 or 10 pounds. That is easily correctable.

Why are they like 80+ pounds overweight every time you see them in public?

And, why do they always wear over-stretched "Alabama T-shirts" to hide their fat issues?

I fear going to Walmart because I can't navigate that store any longer due to the "weight issues."

Also, don't take one of those electric carts just because you are fat. Those are meant for old people with real health problems...and you know that.

I was overweight by about 30 pounds and it was due to medicine, stress, bad eating habits cause by the medicine that was one of the side effects. Now I am only about 5 pounds overweight and I eat very healthy and no longer taking medicine. Thank goodness for that! Food is your medicine. Got to know what kind of food and drink to take. Also the amount you take. Get off the couch! Take a long walk almost every day will help too. Lifestyle is one of the problem why I do not hang out with some member of my family even though they are not fat but they are not eating healthy food on a regular basis. People got to make better decisions in life. Smoking, drugs drinking heavy beer and so forth. People choose their life. I avoid people who do not follow what I preach. I see the difference now than ever than before. I feel great and am much happier than ever and enjoying life because I focus on doing what is right for me in general. Sleep apnea was my other problem. I use a sleep apnea machine and it is helping but due to many years of problems that I went through it is not an over night fix. It is never too late to make the change. Do some research on type of food, fish and chicken, nuts, seeds, oils, herbs and others. talk to others as well.

I added fast food back to my diet more often and I snake cereal. I feel better and I dropped off a few more pounds. Probably around 10-12% bf. I'm active enough that I can drop weight around 2600-2800 Cal. I'm usually at a defecit, so if I eat shite and don't feel bad, my body probably needed it.

Being active plays a huge part, at least for me. I can outwork a couple cheat meal a week. 3 days compound lifts, 3 days airdyne and kettle bells.

Full rupture Achilles earlier this year with surgery. Gained about 15 up to 205, already down to 185.

Nutrients is the key. Most fast places do not have that. Process foods is also bad. Red the labels. I was pre-diabetic. Tom Hanks the actor is diabetic. He said he had to be very skinny and stay that way and he said no way and just take medicine for it. Sad and the side effects from it over time will catch up on him. America does not care for your well being and it is all up to the individual to do research and do it the right way.

I'm a little overweight. 6'0" 230lbs. A lot of it is how big my dick is. But I'm still in decent shape. Run marathons a few times a year. I walk by a gym once in a while.

I think that's an American thing, and a product of how well our nation is doing. Have you seen Kings of old pictures? Anyways, the variance between fans at each program probably shows equally across-the-board.

Continue on with your attempt to fat-shame a program...

EDIT: Oh yeah, I'm 6' 0" and weigh 198, but I burn calories while sitting because my very high metabolism.

Low impulse control is positively correlated with low intelligence and the correlation is significant:
