1. Alabama is statistically the most obese state.
2. Roughly half of bama fans never graduated high school and reside in your local trailer parks where the stretch out their food stamps and waist lines

About half of those don't even realize auburn is also in Alabama as well

This thread was needed.

In all seriousness, obesity all across America is out of control. The "skinniest" state in America is Colorado, with an obesity rate of 22.6%. In 1990, Colorado's obesity rate was 6.9%. The obesity rate in Alabama in 1990 was 11.2%. 1990 Alabama would be half as fat as the "skinniest" state today.

LINK

So the real question is why is America so unbelievably obese relative to barely 30 years ago?

Clearly, the Interwebz are to blame.

Log off and go for a run, you fat fricks.

Is Jenny Craig not a thing anymore with Alabama fans?

Not that it helped.

Obviously.

Going to Auburn sporting events is like going to a Klan rally, no black people there except for on the field/court.

In all seriousness it would be silly to think not every fan base doesn't have fans that struggle with obesity. I'm sure there are some for all fan bases. Obesity also shouldn't be anything to joke about either. I have never personally delt with it myself but I know others that have, and it's something people have a hard time not only dealing with but living with.

Don't go into Walmart like that.

Wear something decent and get to a respectable weight.

It's not that hard.

Fat is fat... and Alabama fans are the beacon of advertisement in that regard.

Have some standards.

Has the bama auburn rivalry really turned into a fat battle. Well we can at least agree we reside in the fattest, dumbest state. Now let's all get along and go fry up some mayonnaise balls

I always love it when fans of one school in a state make fun of the demographics of fans of another school in the same state. Growing up in the Delta, surrounded by a heavily OM-centric extended family, it was fun listening to my aunts, uncles, and cousins describe themselves while insulting MSU fans and be completely oblivious to the irony. God love 'em, but sheesh...

I understand 20 pounds or more.

"That" is correctable.

Anything more than that is "letting yourself go."

There is no need for that.

America is fat.

Alabama is the 2nd fattest kid in class (thanks Mississippi).

Not rocket science.
