I can't agree more, start with Hunter and go all the way to the Janitor in the football program and fire everyone

Rhett Lashlee seems to be an obvious fit. Arkansas alum. Offensive minded and knows the SEC.

I don't know that Silverfield is the answer but I don't think any of this is particularly his fault either. Arkansas simply isn't committing the resources in football to really be competitive in the SEC. There's just a discernable difference in talent between Arky and everyone else in the SEC.

The North Texas HC who is at Okie State now.
I've already addressed this at least twice. He was announced at OKST five days prior to Silverfield being announced at Arkansas, and he's making $1 million more.

I really, really want to travel to Fayetteville and then skip over to Stillwater. I’ve always wanted to visit OK state’s campus
I have an upcoming trip to Stillwater, and I'm planning to divert through Fayetteville just to see it.
OKST's campus is beautiful, but it's pretty compact. It's very pedestrian-friendly.

I’m gonna head that direction one day. Probably gonna visit Baton Rouge first because I’ve never been to south Louisiana

Who could Arkanas have realistically hired other than Silverfield?
Buster Faulkner made it be known that he was interested in interviewing for the Arkansas HC position.
The folks at Arkansas were locked on to the notion that they needed a new coach with prior HC experience.
I doubt that Faulkner will be at Florida much longer because there are plenty of teams that will take a chance on a better than average OC.

Yes, you have, and the “point” still makes little sense. What difference does it make when he was announced? We had a head start on EVERYONE, and our dip shite AD slow rolled it so much that we were the last one to actually announce because he had to go to his last choice because he also either lowballed every other candidate or they saw him for the worthless, slimy POS he is. Guaranteed if we truly wanted him, had a better AD, offered him the same amount, and showed him a viable plan for resources, he’d be in Fayetteville right now.

Recall Yurachek made a big, public statement when he was hired as Arkansas AD about how coaches contracts were out of control and he was going to get them “under control”. AI for the summary if you want. Is it surprising then that he can’t hire a top notch coach???? Do the agents want to negotiate with him??? Absolute stupidity to say that out loud.

Mike Gundy was fired on 9/23/25.
Sam Pittman was fired on 9/28/25.

Yes and he also bragged that the more money for NIL for this year would put Arkansas in the upper half of the SEC and would lead to more significant wins.
That was a lie.
That was a lie.

No more AAC coaches especially from Memphis.

Arkansas talent is worse this year than last year.
They would be an average team in the AAC.

As the long as the BOT does nothing.
It will keep getting worse.

He skipped recruiting visits to go vacation in Vegas.

This also angered his family to the point they no longer donate to Arkansas.
That is millions disappeared.
