I've had 2 underground fence systems, first one was a Tractor Supply special and the little JRT would pin his ears back and charge through it. That one worked until lightening hit a big pine and it scattered the control box all over the garage. Insurance paid me for it and I called one of the compan...

Not all vehicles can be flat towed, do your research and then go shopping. In order to tow legally you also have to set up a braking system in the towed car.
We have towed a Jeep Cherokee before and you really do need the braking system
...
