Choices taken from the preseason top 25 ( NCAA Preseason Top 25):

1. Alabama
2. Auburn
3. Florida
4. Georgia
5. LSU
6. Texas A&M

Florida is going to be fine, but they won't be the playoff contender that everyone is trying to make them out to be. 10-2.

LSU

Yes, they have a lot of talent, but they're replacing a lot of key players, and lost some key coaches. I expect growing pains in Baton Rouge this season.

Yes, I know LSU fans will lose their shite over this opinion, but 2020 LSU is going to look a lot different than 2019 LSU.

I think we drop 2-3 games this year. Too many changes imo

Auburn - they lost significant talent on oline and dline (games are won in the trenches) plus Nix was awful in the big games

Tenn - still a lot of holes on that roster that only recruiting can fix and the QB play will have to get improvement from the same cast of characters they ran out last year

I think Florida will not live up to their hype. I also think we will not live up to our hype unless Brennan has an outstanding year. I think he has the potential to be a very good qb but it remains a mystery at this point.

A&M - Everybody talking about how everything sets up so nicely for them with a senior qb, Jimbo finally having "his" players and the soft schedule. They will have 4 losses - Bama, LSU, Auburn and 1 unexplicable loss. A&M is gonna A&M.

There is no reason to believe he won't. He is a RS JR, in his 2nd year in the new system. He has shown he is willing to do the work at a high level. If the oline gels, he will be a top 3 SEC QB statistically. Offensive skill players are elite, deep, and experienced except TE, but Gilbert's lack of xp won't matter, he will have an awesome season.

Florida

Gator fans will start to realize how big Mullen’s lack of recruiting is.

Auburn, and A@M.
Georgia wont win a championship, but I dont think most expect them to.
LSU will take a step back, but that’s expected as well.
Florida has no fans, so there is no hype.

1. Bama has earned the benefit of the doubt, but they could easily drop 2 again this season.

2. Florida simply isn't a playoff contender, and everybody knows it. That hype is more than a little forced.

3. What is A&M really supposed to do this season? If they win 8 games I say they've lived up to the hype. If they're expected to do more than that they should be #1.

I kinda feel sorry for you guys because you had the best QB in the nation last year, and maybe in the past 20 years.

Gonna be impossible to replace that guy. He was like sticking a veteran Aaron Rodgers or Tom Brady on an already powerhouse college football team.

Its funny because I dont really see a lot of hype for us. I mean, we the fans certainly are not hyping us. I think we all know it is probably going to be a mediocre year.

Which means. SEC fricked

Wasn’t the same conversation held last year?

And everyone answered UF?

UF gets LSU in Gainesville this year and drops Auburn for Ole Miss.

It’s tailor made for UF to go 11-1 at worst.

A&M has severe little brother syndrome lol. We will be fine dude, I’m not saying we’re going to be as good offensively but we’re going to be a stacked arse team still.

There is never a college football season for any team where 11-1 is the worst case scenario.

It’s not like Florida has some overwhelmingly talented team this year.
