At some point excluding murder or other horrible crime, I think its fine to give someone a pardon. Especially if they have done their time and stayed on the straight and narrow. Don't understand all the downvotes. Cnn must have invaded this board.

Glad you and your family made it thru this terrible ordeal. When power goes off for just a little while, people freak out and piss and moan that they missed a soap opera or some shite. But that storm was real and devasting to a lot of people. Congrats for getting back on the grid. Now I can start hating Ole Miss again. :rotflmao:
re: Who is your Mt Rushmore of Super Bowl winning "I was there too" QBs?
Posted by Tiger on the Rag on 2/9/26 at 12:27 pm to clamdip
It has to be Jim Kelly, Dan Marino and Fran Tarkenton. They never won it and are in the hall of fame.
re: Why was Saban more involved with the LSU coaching search than Bama's?

Why is Saban still an employee at the University of Alabama if he loves LSU so much?
yea! I was wondering about that myself. I had a sales person selling for someone else on the side. When I found out I had to let them go. But as a good business man, I found out. So yea that is a good question on why he is still and employee.
re: It still blows my mind that Lane Kiffin is the coach at LSU
Posted by Tiger on the Rag on 2/4/26 at 9:55 pm to geauxtigers87
I had been hoping for this for 10 years. You knew he was different but does not lije to lose. His personality first loyisiana and this era of college football

Boys we have a very energetic and driven coach. Alk the negative press helps drive him as well. I cant wait for the clempson game. Great to be a tiger fan

The stress from the close natty game in 2019. Oh never mind about the stress, I forgot it was not that stressful. And the Georgia and Okie games were not that stressful either. So I don't know what happened to him.

Like Delrosario she has very eak hands. Cant hold the ball when players are grabbing at it. She is definitely more athletic tho
re: Saban Question...Does anyone else find it odd that he is an ambassador for us now?
Posted by Tiger on the Rag on 1/26/26 at 9:30 am to Deano54
He feels a lil guilt the way he left lsu not to mention he loved the people across this state.

re: If Kiffin is here for say 5yrs, what's your true expectations?
Posted by Tiger on the Rag on 1/23/26 at 10:26 am to SouthernInsanity
I see Kiffin being here for a very long time. I don't think any other school except maybe Texas that he would bolt to. Money is not his issue and for that reason I think he stays here and maybe even finish his career here building a legacy for himself.
re: Lane Kiffin trolls Paul Finebaum over midseason Curt Cignetti take - On3

Since his ridicule of kiffin I no longer watch his show, which was very little to begin with. He is the worst tv person that has really knocked kiffin among all the other idiots. They seem to forget about the ncaa deadlines for changing jobs because of the stupid date of the portal. And lets not forget that the ole piss AD could have let kiffin coach, but because of pride he did not and probably cost ole piss a spot in the natty game.

Lane State University putting in the work. I believe all of the negative media has lit an even hotter fire on Lane Kiffin. The dude is on a mission. Great day and time to be a tiger fan.
re: Word around the football ops building regarding CLK
Posted by Tiger on the Rag on 1/14/26 at 1:34 pm to L5ut1g3r
CLK is what we needed at the right time. He is the one coach that understands and manages today's college football that has changed so much in a short period of time. Kiffin also changed not only his personal life but also changed and accepted the change in college football.

No he wouldn't. LSU would've sent him on his way because they realized very early he's not a QB at this level. Why you think they didn't try to retain him when he left?
You are correct partly because he is not an sec qb, my point was for the kid staying at lsu and he would have gotten playing time. He is better than van buren. Most importantly for the kid being a legacy kid, he would have had opportunities outside of football by staying. He was not processed.
