Your team Isn't in the SEC any more. Why are you still posting here about something like this that we do not want your input?

Its aggy because 2020 is not their year, its the next year until the next year.

You may be right

But also, A&M still has Kellen Mond at QB, so I would argue the answer is aggy

Brennan will end up being better than Mond, bookmark this if you feel the need

Definitely Georgia. Kirby Smart can recruit well but that poor bastard can't coach a lick. 40 years and counting, it ain't happening anytime soon.

No bookmarks needed. I've been an Aggie long enough to know better than to predict championships.

I do think A&M is better under Fisher than any other time is recent memory, save for our perfect storm, stars magically align, 2012 season.

But it takes time to build a championship mentality. Through my most optimistic lens I see A&M today where Clemson was 5-6 years ago when Clemsoning was the popular term. Good enough that people had high expectations, but hadn't learned how to consistently win the games that mattered. With a little luck we'll continue to follow those footsteps over the next 5 years.

As for LSU, I think 8 or 9 regular season wins with noticeable improvement over the course of the season. A very good team by November, but held back from major bowls by early season losses suffered while new players and coaches were still trying to gel as a team.

It has got to be A&M! Everybody talks about their schedule being soft but we are only playing conference only now with a 10 game schedule! No way they navigate that without taking 3 of 4 losses

People seem to conflate the prior 36 years with the 4 years of Kirby.

Three top 7 finishes in a row.
And 2020 is Kirbys first team of upperclass studs. This is the most talent that he has had to date.

Tenn - still a lot of holes on that roster that only recruiting can fix and the QB play will have to get improvement from the same cast of characters they ran out last year

Wait, when did we suddenly get hype? OP doesn't even list us.

So he winning 11/12 games a year by luck? Do you realize fricking stupid that kind of thinking is? He has been a head coach for 4 years and you have predicted his entire career? Just say you hope he doesn't improve which he already did by hiring Monken. Defense is elite now and offense will be. frick off.

3-1 against those 4 is very doable for UGA...as is going 0-4 or 4-0.

UK ain't sneaky good UK is plain old every day good....there ain't no easy wins left in Lexington or when they travel.

I'm impressed. A Georgia fan with a well thought out response. Well said Gtmodawg. Cheers to you.

LSU

Yes, they have a lot of talent, but they're replacing a lot of key players, and lost some key coaches. I expect growing pains in Baton Rouge this season.

Yes, I know LSU fans will lose their shite over this opinion, but 2020 LSU is going to look a lot different than 2019 LSU.

If they can pull off 10+ wins then coach "O" can be mentioned in elite company.

A&M - Everybody talking about how everything sets up so nicely for them with a senior qb, Jimbo finally having "his" players and the soft schedule. They will have 4 losses - Bama, LSU, Auburn and 1 unexplicable loss. A&M is gonna A&M.

I would like to agree with you, but I can't! Even K. Mond can't mess up this year for them. They return everybody and other than Bama will be just too much for the rest of the league to overcome.

Well, maybe K. Mond does mess up a game for them, so 10-2 or 11-2 with a bowl win.

LSU at preseason 4 is a little high. But not nearly as far off as most people are wishing. 6-8 is more reasonable.

Unless Brennan completely shits the bed, I'd be surprised if they drop more than 2 games. Barring massive covid related suspensions of course.

Sorry if I wounded you pups sensibilities but the truth is the truth. Get back to me when Georgia wins a natty in the modern era.

Oh, and frick off right back at you snowflake

Coulda sworn he was a HC at OSU before he coached at LSU.

You said “1st time HC in the SEC”, you could have said “first time coach”. Also, Kirby should be more familiar with the SEC than many of the coaches and learned for years under the greatest coach.

He had the most talented roster on paper last year and still managed to lose to South Carolina at home.
